📦 Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request an order cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@zido.shop.

While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee cancellations once order processing has begun.


🚚 Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may be eligible for a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

💳 Refunds For Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days after cancellation approval.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


⚠️ Non-Cancelable Situations

Cancellation requests may not be possible in the following situations:

  • The order has already been processed.
  • The order has already been shipped.
  • Shipping labels have been generated and fulfillment has begun.
  • The order is already in transit with the carrier.
